In no time at all the days will be getting hot and the stingers will be back and i’ll be out of the ocean, missing winter and all her beauty!
I adore winter in North Queensland, the ocean is stunning and the skies are soooo pretty.

These are some of my fav images from a chilly winter sunrise solstice swim in the salt with some pretty incredible humans and our hosted by our club of the past 5 years the Mackay Surf Lifesaving Club.
My son bravely completed the swim and I held my breath the whole time!!

Had the best time creating a portfolio for the stunning Annabelle who was an absolute dream to shoot. I adore shooting beautiful women in beautiful places (especially the beach!!)
Annabelle is a Model to Brooke Lee Modelling Mackay and was keen to get some shoot experience and images together to take with her to Melbourne this May.

i’m so bad at managing to edit and share personal images as there never seems time!
so this is a little late in getting here but this trip was such a personal, emotional and creative trip that changed us in ways we will never forget.
walked the lighthouse for my birthday sunrise, colours that warm your heart and offer hope for brighter tomorrows, turquoise salty swims and magical amethyst sunsets that you neve want to leave,
too beautiful not to give to others
